The latest HABA MEGA - underground waste compactor was installed in the end of September at the Lasipalatsi Square in Helsinki. Only a small filling bin can be seen on the ground and app. 120 m3 of waste can be stored underground. Such a large capacity waste station could be placed in a central location that all users have a short distance to the waste collection point.
